At Seasonal Threadz, all our products are custom printed on-demand, meaning each item is unique and made specifically for you once an order is placed. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or style is ordered, or if a customer changes their mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free reprint or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing our team at info@seasonalthreadz.com with a clear photo showing the issue.
Important Note
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued as a balance to your Seasonal Threadz account. You can withdraw this amount to your original payment method. Please note that if your billing currency is not in United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to your original payment method.
Multiple Products Issue: If multiple items using the same design are affected, an additional photo or video showing all the affected products in one frame will be required for verification purposes.
Non-Eligible Returns: Seasonal Threadz is not responsible for returns or refunds if the wrong size or color is ordered. For delivery issues, we offer either a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Print Tolerance: For direct-to-garment (DTG) products, please note that there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement. Minor variations within this tolerance will not be considered defects and will not be eligible for a reprint or refund.
